Back West.

Today marked the beginning of our next longer trip.  As it has been a tradition, we always depart from home in the rain.  Luckily, we got a reprieve this year and had decent weather after our first stop.

It was good to catch up again, discuss life and its never ending changes.  Not a whole lot to talk about this first day..  Just getting started..

New Year, New Adventure, New Site

While we were surprised at the success of the past two years of two-wheeled-travel; we were also encouraged to continue it by all of the support it garnered.

In the first week of reporting on our road trips, we gathered 300 subscribers.  That number has continued to grow and has been a humbling experience.  Two years later, we are close to 6,000 subscribers.  It has been an awesome experience getting to share our stories, thoughts from the inside of a helmet, and ride destinations.

This year, we decided to update the site, dump the old content and start with a clean slate.

Since we started this adventure, we have blasted through 4 motorcycles, 25,000 miles, and visited 20 states.

Thanks again for all of your support; we can’t wait to get back on the road in 2017.

Two Years of Two Wheeled Travel

On the anniversary of our site being up for two years; we present a quick look-back at our travels.  Thanks to everyone for the encouragement, support, and thoughtful advice.

warmth. freedom.

What a busy week it has been..

I had some good, local riding this weekend, starting out in Columbus, setting out to support some friends and watch them complete a Polar Plunge (frozen lake, jumping in) for a charity event.  I took the long way to them.  Rode roughly 400 miles on Saturday and never left Ohio.
